Alternative Container is a family-owned company founded in 1999 by Charles Jenson that specializes in manufacturing cremation products, rental casket inserts & transportation trays for the funeral industry. Originally opening out of an overseas shipping container, the company now operates out of a 55,000 square foot facility located in Indianapolis, IN. 

Having been raised in a family business, Charles adopted a customer-centric approach into his own business and built a name for himself by serving customers with quality products and a high regard to customer service. It was important that these principles of business were bestowed within his children as they each began to work for the business. In 2015, Charles’ son, Mitch, began working for the business during summer and winter breaks. After attending Indiana University, he began a full-time position and now oversees all operational activities as well as future business development.
